Learn
Learning is an essential part of Beth Or membership. Our education programs help light the path for you and your family’s spiritual journey no matter your age or life stage.
Starting with infants and young children, enroll in our Zipporah S. Abramson Center for Early Childhood Education (CECE), a fully-accredited pre-school with extended hours to accommodate working parents. The CECE also offers a summer camp, Camp Chaverim, for a year-round experience for your little ones.
School-aged children participate in our Leonard & Madlyn Abramson Education Center religious school program, which seeks to inspire and develop sincere, committed and dedicated Jews. The religious school is the first step towards becoming a b’nai mitzvah. Many of our students choose to continue their Jewish education through the end of their high school years. We also offer a robust youth engagement program.
Learning doesn’t end when you become an adult. In fact, it often truly begins. Our clergy, along with notable regional/national educators provide a variety of lifelong learning opportunities for our members to further explore their Jewish identity and enrich their experience. Classes are held at Beth Or, and there are also several available to take place in the more intimate setting of your home.
