Sisterhood
Join Sisterhood to make a difference in our synagogue and in our local and global Jewish communities. Together, we support Jewish education, social action initiatives, and innovative programs for youth and older adults. Be a part of activities that build friendships and provide opportunities to grow personally and spiritually.

Caring Congregants
This group helps congregants and our families with children in the CECE by visiting the ill, sending R’fuah Shleama (get well) cards, preparing and bringing home-cooked meals to members in temporary crisis, reaching out to our bereaved families, and more.
Chair: Ellen Werther
Congregational Events/Programs
If you enjoy event planning but fundraising isn’t your cup of tea, join a committee to help put together one of the many congregational festival events that take place each year to help our members celebrate the Jewish holidays in a fun, yet meaningful, way. Or, help plan other events that enrich our community and encourage engagement among our members.

Fundraising Events
Do you have a passion for event planning? Are you well organized and enjoy interacting with people? Beth Or hosts a few large scale fundraising events each year such as golf outings, tributes, races, etc. to benefit our congregation. We count on our event committees to organize all aspects of the event with guidance from a Beth Or senior staff member.
Development Chair: Jennie Nerenberg
Get Connected: Beth Or Business & Career Network
