Greater Community Engagement

Beth Or’s dynamic Social Action committee is the ideal fit for those who want to give back to those in need through volunteer efforts. The committee organizes and participates in a variety of programs to fulfill our core value of Tikkun Olam (repair of the world). Programming includes on-going collection drives, preparing meals for the food insecure, helping families in crisis, timely relief efforts when natural disasters occur, and much more.

2025 Mitzvah Months Collection Drives & Activities

The Social Justice committee is for members of any age who want to give voice to your values. This group works with Rabbi Bonder and often partners with other faiths and/or causes on programs and events that build bridges, educate and proactively advocate for those who need it and/or timely issues.

The Israel Chavurah is for members of any age who are interested in having strong bonds with Israel.  There is programming for everyone - educational, social, cultural and advocacy.
