Youth Engagement

Beth Or offers a variety of fun, social programs for our children in Kindergarten through 12th grade!

BOFTY (Beth Or Federation of Temple Youth) events and programs are broken down by age group:

  • Bitty BOFTY – K - 2nd grade
  • Mini BOFTY – 3rd - 5th grade
  • Junior BOFTY – 6th - 8th grade
  • Senior BOFTY – 9th - 12th grade

***In some instances age groups may be combined differently, depending on the nature of the event or program.

Everyone enrolled in Religious School is automatically a member of BOFTY. All of our members are encouraged to bring Jewish friends from the area to events.

9th – 12th grade students are encouraged to participate in regional youth programs with NFTY PAR. NFTY is the Union for Reform Judaism's national youth group. For more information about NFTY, contact NFTY PAR’s regional director of youth engagement, Amanda Wachstein.
