As we kick off the High Holy Day season, come to Beth Or for dinner and a panel discussion about forgiveness, repentance and grudge bearing from various professional perspectives.

Program components:

• Opening remarks and introduction of panelists and professional perspective represented.
• Each panelist responds to these questions:
  • (1) What are the pitfalls of failing to forgive to the body, emotional well-being, career and spiritual well-being?
  • (2) What are the benefits from your area of expertise to releasing hate & moving on?
  • (3) Why do you find it so hard for people to forgive & move on?
  • (4) Do you ever think it's appropriate not to forgive someone?
  • (5) Are there any examples of forgiveness that you have seen which inspire you?
