This month's GET CONNECTED: Beth Or Business & Career Network's guest speaker is Marty Tarabar, Principal of Gecko Hospitality.

 

After 25+ years in restaurant operations, Marty Tarabar took the opportunity to capitalize on his experience and bought a franchise of a hospitality recruiting agency. He has continually built his business, surviving the crash of 2009 and now recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic's effect on the hospitality industry.  Currently recruiting in 7 states, Marty and his team have placed managers and chefs exceeding $7.25 million in revenue over 15 years.

 

Marty will speak to congregants about employment issues during COVID-19, and how the hospitality industry has been coping throughout the pandemic.  As always, there will be time for questions and networking during this meeting.
