Need some help coping with stress related to the current pandemic and stay at home order? Are you concerned about juggling working from home and having young children in the house who may or may not be participating in on-line school? How do you find a "normal" in a highly "unnormal" situation?

Cantor David Green, is joined by social workers, Michelle Schwartz & Judy Kurtis, and Dr. Jay Rosan, a retired family physician, to co-host a zoom support session geared toward parents with young children. Anyone is welcome to join.

Note - we will also host a support session, led by Cantor Green, Michelle Schwartz & Jay Rosan for parents of teenagers tonight at 7pm. Cantor Green is joined by psychologist, Judy Phipps and Jay Rosan on Monday, April 19 at 11am  for a support session geared toward adults 60+.
