In honor of Rosh Chodesh Sivan and Shavuot, join us for a cheese making workshop! 

Shavuot, the holiday that celebrates the revelation of the Torah unto Israel, is a time in which we traditionally eat dairy. To celebrate the first of Sivan, the month in which Shavuot falls, we will gather to make our own delicious mozzarella, and then put it on our own pizzas, with a variety of toppings. Each person will take home a how to and the confidence to never buy mozzarella from the store again! Feel free to BYOB - and your friends!
