Shavuot is quickly approaching! In honor of Rosh Chodesh Sivan, join us for a cheese making workshop!

Shavuot, the holiday that celebrates the revelation of the Torah unto Israel, is a time in which we traditionally eat dairy. To celebrate the first of Sivan, the month in which Shavuot falls, we will gather to learn how to make our own mozzarella, and then put on our own pizzas, with a variety of toppings. Each person will take home a how to and the confidence to never buy mozzarella from the store again. Lactaid will be provided! Feel free to BYOB - and your friends!
