Summer Fun Week of June 1

All of our K-6th grade students are invited to participate in these exciting virtual offerings this Summer! Below are descriptions for our first round of programs. Sign up for as many as you like. Classes will run approximately 30 minutes. You will receive an email of confirmation after you register and then another email before class begins with a secure zoom link. Monday, June 1 at 10 am: Origami Arts and Crafts with Michele Macheles

Let’s spend some time with paper—folding it, that is! Ms. Michele will teach some fun origami ideas in this clearly hands-on session.

Materials needed:
Paper
Pen/pencil


Monday, June 1 at 2 pm: Truffle Making with Ms. Faye

Faye Benshetler will lead us in learning how to make no-bake Oreo Truffles. YUM!

Ingredients for Oreo Truffles:

36 pieces Oreo cookies

8 ozs cream cheese, softened

12 ozs of melting chocolate for covering (any flavor-can be melting wafers or chips)

Wednesday, June 3 at 10am: Dance it out with Aren Rice
Join us for a virtual dance party hosted by the famous Miss Aren! No materials are needed and all are welcome!

Wednesday, June 3 at 2 pm: Hebrew Tech wish Ms. Bascove

It’s been a few weeks since Hebrew School ended. Join Jill Bascove to see how much you remember of your Hebrew letters and vowels in Kahoot and Gim Kit. If you only have one device, click here to see how to split your screen, or log onto zoom on one device and the games on another device.
