We begin with a memorial service for fallen IDF soldiers in observance of Yom Ha’Zikaron (Israel Memorial Day), followed by Havdalah. Then, transition to celebrate Yom Ha’Atzmaut (Israel’s Independence Day) with Israel-themed trivia, a Shuk, dessert bar, hummus, wine tasting and more! For those that want to get their hands dirty, join us to bake cookies in honor of Rachel Edrei, an Oct. 7 survivor who miraculously used food to distract Hamas terrorists who were holding her and her husband hostage.
