Join us as we welcome Elissa Goldberg to exhibit her wonderful pastel paintings at the Olitsky Gallery following Shabbat services.

Elissa is a member of the Pastel Society of America. She has been working with pastels for over twenty years. She finds the medium exciting as it is an immediate transfer onto paper. There is no mixing. There are no chemicals. The ideas in her head can be expressed simply and quickly. She has learned over the years how to manipulate the colors in such a way to make them both bold and subtle.
