Congregation Beth Or BEACH BALL | Saturday, April 25 | 7pm - 10pm

Escape to Beth Or for a fun, tropical-themed evening featuring live entertainment, dancing, singing, delicious themed food & drink, special surprises and friendship while supporting Congregation Beth Or! (See FAQs below.)

The annual Spring Fundraiser is an important part of the Beth Or budget. Proceeds help fund our robust program schedule and ensure that belonging to Beth Or and providing a Jewish education for a family's children are accessible to all who want to join our diverse community.

FAQs:

What is the vibe for the event? Get ready for a totally joy-filled night where the mood is upbeat, relaxed, fun and tropical. The food, drinks, activities & special surprises will match the theme. This is an adult-only event. Must be age 21+ to attend.

What should I wear? Dress in your best casual chic, summer evening wear - light & breezy fabrics, sundresses, Hawaiian shirts, stripes, boat shoes, blazers, white pants, hats, etc.

What music will be featured? The soundtrack of the evening celebrates the smooth soft rock of the late '70s to mid '80s, known for high quality production, jazzy/R&B/disco influences and polished vocal harmonies, popularly referred to as Yacht Rock. Featured artists include Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Toto, Christopher Cross, The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Little River Band, Ambrosia, Boz Scaggs & more.

Tell me more about the entertainment, Yacht Rock Gold Experience: This live band features four lead singers delivering incredible harmonies, accompanied by a five piece rhythm section with iconic sax, flute and lines that will soothe your soul, bring you to your feet and keep you dancing & singing all night long. Beth Or BEACH BALL Event Tickets

Saturday, April 25 | 7pm - 10pm 

With your advance RSVP by April 6, your individual event ticket supports Beth Or and includes:

  • Food stations and beach concession-style treats
  • Open bar(s) with themed tropical drinks, beer, wine, spirit cocktails, soft drinks
  • Live entertainment, dancing, special experiences, beach games & more!

Tickets: $180/person. Use the RSVP/Pay Now button at the top section of this page to RSVP. Deadline: Monday, April 6. 

We recommend purchasing your tickets early. This event is expected to sell out. Tickets will be confirmed once full payment is received. Once event is full, we will create a waiting list.

*Must be age 21+ to attend this event.

Sponsorships

There are four sponsorship levels available. Use the RSVP/Pay Now button at the top section of this page to reserve your sponsorship.  Deadline: Monday, April 6. 

Sponsor event tickets will be confirmed once payment is made in full. Please contact CBO Development Chairs, Jennie Nerenberg or Amy Abrams with any questions regarding your sponsorship.

Platinum Tide | $5,000

Includes:

  • Listing on Advance Promotional Materials (if desired)

  • On-site signage at Event Bandstand Stage/Beachfront Dance floor

  • Six (6) Event Tickets (6 total tickets includes tickets for sponsor and guests)

  • Name or Logo listed on Day of Event sponsor materials: Event Popup Banner, Digital Display Screen and Sunset Cove Photo Booth Backdrop

Gold Wave | $3,600 

Includes:

  • On-site signage at one of the following: Tiki Bar (beer, wine, signature drinks, frozen drinks, soft drinks), Sandbar (bourbon lounge, cocktail drinks) or Boardwalk (food stations & beach concession-style treats)

  • Four (4) Event Tickets (4 total tickets includes tickets for sponsor and guests)

  • Name or Logo listed on Day of Event sponsor materials:  Event Popup Banner, Digital Display Screen and Sunset Cove Photo Booth Backdrop

Silver Seashell | $2,500 

Includes:

  • On-site signage at Dock surprise experience station or Beach Blanket area (beach games - corn hole, ladder golf, etc.)

  • Two (2) Event Tickets (2 total tickets includes tickets for sponsor and/or guests)

  • Name or Logo listed on Day of Event sponsor materials: Event Popup Banner, Digital Display Screen, and Sunset Cove Photo Booth Backdrop

Blue Horizon | $1,800  

Includes:

  • Two (2) Event Tickets (2 total tickets includes tickets for sponsor and/or guests)

  • Name listed on Day of Event sponsor materials: Event Popup Banner and Digital Display Screen
