Congregation Beth Or would like to extend to you and your family a warm welcome and invite you to learn more about our synagogue.
Located in the northwestern suburbs of Philadelphia, our congregation recently celebrated 50 years of service to the Jewish community. Although our synagogue may seem large at first, there are many opportunities for you to get involved and meet our wonderful congregants.
Beth Or offers you
- A warm and caring community where Jewish values are honored and every member is valued.
- We have beautiful and enriching Shabbat and holiday services led by Rabbi Gregory Marx & Rabbi Craig Axler. Our services are musically enhanced by Cantor David Green and our adult and junior choirs.
- Our center for early childhood education and religious school offers programs from 3 months to 17 years. We also have a wonderful LIfelong Learning program for adults that offers classes for all levels and interests.
- Many opportunities to participate in a wide variety of programs, social action opportunities, groups & activities
Join us for the following dates for our special Shabbat services and open houses: a BBQ on July 30th; an outdoor concert on August 6th and an ice Cream Oneg on September 3rd
